GRIT Property Solutions is a moving company based in Lubbock, Texas. We move houses, apartments, offices, and single heavy items across town, and we take long-distance moves anywhere in Texas or across state lines. When the move is done, or when there's no move at all, we haul off the junk, clear out the garage, and clean up the yard.
Most moving companies only do one thing. We built GRIT so one call covers the whole job. That means packing the boxes, loading the truck, setting up the furniture at the new place, and taking away whatever you decided not to keep.
GRIT is homegrown. Co-founders Paul Rosas and Michael Guadagnoli started it right here in Lubbock in 2023, out of a desire to serve this community. We're small enough to give you a personal connection, and big enough to bring the manpower, equipment, and professionalism you deserve. Yes. Many customers book a move and junk removal together. We load what's going to the new place and haul away what isn't, in the same visit.

What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM. You can send a quote request any time. During business hours we usually reply within an hour.
Do you provide the truck?
Yes. We bring our own trucks, trailers, equipment, and crew. Already rented a truck? Book our labor-only service instead.
